Straight from this year's QuiltCon in Phoenix, we are pleased to have Youngmin Lee teach us about Kkekki (Gopsol), a very effective seam for lightweight or sheer fabrics with the finished seam being fine, precise, and sturdy. Using this Kkekki technique, students will learn how to construct these seams with your sewing machine. We will then learn how to create multiple layers of Kkekki seamed blocks. These blocks can be used for sheer/lightweight clothing, modern textile art, or wherever your creativity takes you!
